Cultivating calm minds, strong bodies, and happy hearts
During our time together, your child will learn skills to help with regulating their emotions, calming their minds and hearts, and becoming more present and grounded in their bodies. Class will often finish with a sound bath which helps reduce stress, clear the mind, and relax the body (among other benefits). This class is geared towards older children who are able to fully participate in engaging, age-appropriate activities each week. For more details, see below.

Register NowEach class will focus on a fun "I can" statement, teaching simple tools—like breathing and mindfulness—that kids can use in everyday life to feel strong and peaceful.
During each class, we'll practice playful yoga and calming meditation, giving kids simple tools they can use at home to build self-awareness, emotional resilience, and focus.

The best part of yoga and meditation is that they help us beyond the mat!  The skills we’ll learn– like emotional regulation and self-compassion– plant seeds for calm, confident, and kind hearts.
Each class will be based on one of the following "I can" statements:
Week 1: I can find joy in movement
Exploring yoga shapes and creating fun yoga stories together.
Week 2:Â I can cultivate a calm heart
Using the power of breath to help calm our brains and bodies.
Week 3:Â I can know my divine worth
Practicing affirmations to remember our divine identity and light.
Week 4:Â I can feel my emotions
Learning to breathe through big feelings like stress and anxiety with self-compassion and mindfulness.
Week 5:Â I can be present
Discovering simple tools for mindfulness and gratitude in everyday moments.
Week 6:Â I can practice kindness and compassion
Growing self-compassion and empathy through our thoughts, words, and actions.
Hi there! I'm Ashley Marchant, and I’m so grateful for the chance to share these beautiful tools with your child.
A little about me—I started my journey as an elementary school teacher.  After becoming a mom, I discovered how truly powerful yoga and meditation could be in helping me heal, grow, and navigate motherhood with more peace and presence, especially when done with the focus on Christ. That journey led me to become a certified trauma-informed yoga teacher, with additional training in yoga nidra, kundalini, meditation, and self-compassion mindfulness. I love teaching all these tools with the focus on Jesus.
Over the years, I’ve seen how gentle movement, mindful breathing, and quiet moments can help kids (and grown-ups!) feel more calm, confident, and connected. It’s such a gift to be able to share this with your child, and I’m really looking forward to growing, stretching, and finding stillness together on this sweet yoga journey.
