I am Ashley Marchant, creator of the 40 Day Journey with Christ Meditation Course.
I am a certified yoga teacher (200 hr YTT) and a teacher by trade. I host the Conversations of Christ podcast, I am a mother to (almost) 4, and wife to my wonderful husband. We currently reside in the beautiful state of North Carolina where along with homeschooling my kiddos and practicing yoga and meditation daily, I teach seminary (aka youth bible study class).
I love combining the peace of meditation with the peace of Jesus Christ. These are the things that have changed me!
